Facilitation for the cross-cultural group

In this globalization era, in Japan or any place in the world, the demand of facilitation for the cross-cultural group is rapidly increasing.

Facilitation is originally to enhance engagement in diverse groups, and recently, group context is getting more diverse and complicated. Cross-cultural means various differences, not only counties or language, but also industry background, community culture, and individual uniqueness. Facilitators need to handle the difficult situation and complicated context in inclusive and interactive manners.

We are so experienced to facilitate the cross-cultural groups. And we have plenty of professional partner facilitators who’re really passionate to bridge the diverse people.

Help Setting Agenda and Delivery of Facilitation

In planning global meetings, sometimes the objective and agenda of the meeting tend to be vague. And our clients struggle to clarify what they should make sure. We help the clients find out what they should achieve and design the appropriate process of group meeting to bring desired outcomes.

And also we deliver facilitation in actual meetings or workshops of clients.

We previously helped these kinds of meetings.
