Since its founding, Knowledge Signs has offered sales-skill training to sales professionals pursuing a solution-oriented or consultative sales style, especially for IT companies.
Based on over 22 years of experience, we have built a framework that categorizes sales skills into 10 skill-areas, and we provide sales-skill training based on this framework.

Depending on the client’s needs, we identify skill areas which should be focused on and define the goals, and design programs delivered as in-person group training, online sessions, or e-learning materials — all led by well experienced instructors.

Especially for sales-skill training, customizing case settings to match Japanese sales culture is often essential. When translating training content into Japanese, it’s not simply a word-for-word translation — it’s necessary to contextualize the content and modify the expressions to fit Japanese business scene.
